1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AutoCallLeads, an AI-powered voice calling and lead qualification service operated from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "our", or "the Company").
By registering, subscribing, or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2 Our Services
AutoCallLeads provides:
- Automated AI voice calling to qualify business leads from portals such as IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, Sulekha, and ExportersIndia.
- Lead scoring and qualification summaries delivered to you via WhatsApp or your chosen channel.
- 24/7 auto-dialling, follow-up calling, and lead management features.
- Multilingual calling support including English and Tamil.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or business outcomes. Our service automates the calling and qualification process only.
3 Eligibility
To use AutoCallLeads you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a registered business or individual operating a lawful business in India.
- Provide accurate and complete registration details.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations on commercial communications.
4 Account & Registration
When you register with AutoCallLeads, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoCallLeads to:
- Call individuals who have registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry, unless you have prior written consent.
- Harass, threaten, or deceive call recipients.
- Conduct fraudulent, illegal, or misleading business activities.
- Collect personal data from call recipients beyond what is necessary for your business purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform or technology.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
⚠️ You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our calling service complies with TRAI regulations and all applicable Indian laws on telemarketing and commercial calls.
6 Payment & Billing
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) which will be added at checkout.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Free trial periods (where offered) do not require payment details unless explicitly stated.
7 Data & Privacy
We take your data seriously. Key points:
- Your lead data, call recordings, and customer details remain your property at all times.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Call data is stored securely and accessible only to your account.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8 Intellectual Property
All technology, software, AI models, scripts, designs, and content on the AutoCallLeads platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written permission.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AutoCallLeads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with TRAI or other regulatory requirements.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:
- By you: Cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or contact us. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse our platform.
On termination, your right to use AutoCallLeads ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We encourage resolving any disputes amicably by contacting our support team first before pursuing legal action.
